As Director, Cyber Security (CISO) you will set and drive CCEP’s cyber security strategy across IT, OT, cloud, and digital services. You’ll lead a high‑performing security team and partner with business units to embed a secure‑by‑design culture while enabling innovation at European scale. You will guide executive decision‑making on cyber risk, resilience and security investment, and manage security operations, architecture, and vendor relationships.

This is a visible, strategic role with impact on risk reduction and business growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Define and deliver the cyber security strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities
- Act as CCEP's enterprise security leader advising senior leadership on risk and investment
- Develop security metrics, risk indicators, and maturity measures for executives
- Lead cyber defence, including monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and crisis management
- Oversee Security Operations Centre capabilities and protection against threats
- Lead executive incident response during major security events
- Promote secure‑by‑design across technology initiatives and transformations




- Define direction for security architecture, engineering, application security, and threat engineering
- Oversee security platforms, controls and automation optimization
- Ensure security requirements across supplier relationships and managed service providers
- Drive remediation of risks, control gaps and audit findings
- Build and develop a high‑performing cyber security organization
- Oversee budget planning and investments for security initiatives
- Promote security awareness and culture across the organization

Responsabilidades

- Extensive leadership experience in cyber security within complex, international organisations
- Significant xugodme experience in senior cyber security roles (CISO or Deputy CISO)
- Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Management or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, ISO 27001, COBIT)
- Experience leading security operations, engineering, architecture, cloud security, and OT security
- Experience managing large-scale programmes, budgets, suppliers and strategic investments
- Strong collaboration with risk, audit, compliance, privacy and legal stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
