We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly collaborative Director of Demand & Capacity Operations to spearhead our network-wide operational strategy. In this executive-facing role, you will own the critical intersection of commercial demand and clinical capacity. You will design the frameworks, predictive models, and cross-functional processes that ensure our clinic network is optimally resourced to handle forecasted growth while maintaining an exceptional standard of patient care.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Demand & Capacity Operations Leadership:

- Process Ownership: Design, implement, and lead the general Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process to perfectly align commercial targets, marketing initiatives, and clinic capacity.
- Executive Governance: Establish and facilitate executive planning forums, driving consensus-based decision-making across Commercial, Clinical, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.
- Change Management: Champion operational discipline across the organization, translating complex data into strategic insights for C-suite executives.

Macro Capacity & Resource Strategy:

- Predictive Modeling: Standardize and scale network-wide capacity models to ensure optimal staffing, asset utilization, and resource availability ahead of demand curves.
- Network Optimization:



Analyze network performance to identify structural under-utilization or over-utilization; develop and execute data-driven redistribution strategies.
- Cross-Functional Workforce Planning: Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Operations, and Regional Leadership to build proactive recruitment and workforce allocation strategies.

Patient Flow & Commercial Alignment:

- Funnel Optimization: Oversee the forecasting and monitoring of the end-to-end patient journey (from lead generation through consultation, show-up, and treatment progression).
- Growth Synchronization: Partner closely with Marketing and Sales executives to ensure marketing spend and projected lead volumes match real-world clinic infrastructure and scheduling availability.

Operational Efficiency & KPI Governance:

- Efficiency Frameworks: Establish, track, and optimize a comprehensive operational efficiency matrix, strictly governing Chair utilization, Doctor/Provider utilization, Clinic utilization, and Patient throughput.
- Continuous Improvement: Diagnose operational bottlenecks within the clinic network and spearhead systemic changes to maximize productivity and ROI.
