We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join an international aviation project based in Madrid. As part of the engineering team, you will play a key role in the development, review, and implementation of electrical engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with aviation safety, certification, and customer requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and develop engineering drawings, technical documentation, electrical designs, wiring diagrams, and harness design packages in accordance with aviation regulations, certification standards, and customer specifications.

Review aircraft configurations and technical data to assess project feasibility, scope accuracy, and engineering requirements.

Support the Lead Engineer in planning, coordinating, and delivering engineering releases for assigned projects and modifications.

Participate in system validation activities, testing campaigns, and inspections, documenting results and ensuring compliance with technical requirements.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates regarding engineering deliverables, risks, and technical challenges.

Identify process deviations, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvements.





Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing engineering processes, quality, and productivity.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including certification, production, installation, and maintenance departments. Requirements

Technical Degree, Engineering Degree, or equivalent practical experience in an aerospace engineering, aircraft production, installation, or maintenance environment.

Previous experience in electrical engineering within the aviation or aerospace sector.

Mandatory experience with electrical design, wiring diagrams, and harness design.

Mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience with DO-160 environmental testing standards and compliance requirements.

Good understanding of aviation regulations and certification requirements, particularly EASA and/or FAA standards.

Experience with electrical design documentation and engineering drawings.

Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical is considered an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Languages

Fluent English & Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.

German and/or French would be considered a strong asset..
