THE ROLE ?️

Our Email Marketing and CRM Specialist plays an important role in the company. You will be responsible for gaining new subscribers and working on retention tactics in order to boost the B2C sales of Degusta Box.

We want you to join us in developing and further strengthening the email and CRM strategy across all markets while working alongside a fun-spirited and dedicated team. YOU WILL ⚙️

Develop and optimise audience strategies across prospects and subscribers, identifying the right CRM actions to drive engagement, conversion, retention and upsell.

Manage and optimise our CRM platform, including audience segmentation, automated journeys and personalised email campaigns.

Build and maintain the health of each audience, monitoring engagement and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, retention and overall audience value.

Structure and optimise lifecycle journeys, ensuring campaigns and automated flows are clear, relevant and aligned with each audience’s behaviour and stage in the customer journey.

Own ongoing performance analysis across audiences and email campaigns,



turning data and insights into clear actions and improvements.

Drive testing and optimisation, including A/B testing of messaging, content, offers, timing and creative to continuously improve performance.

Work closely with the Content & Creative teams, providing performance insights and metrics to help create more engaging content and visuals. THIS IS YOU ✅

You have 2-3 years of email marketing experience managing a variety of audiences (leads, active customers, cancelled customers)

You’ve managed CRM platforms in the past (Hubspot platform knowledge is a big plus)

You can use Excel to create, automate and connect dashboards

You have a proactive attitude when a problem comes to you and you are not afraid of taking ownership for it

Excellent writing and communication skills in English

You are highly analytical

You are a results-oriented

Strong organisation and time management skills
