As an Events Coordinator , you'll be the trusted point of contact for our clients, bringing their vision to life and ensuring every detail is seamlessly delivered.
From the first enquiry to the final farewell, you'll coordinate guest rooms, meeting spaces, food and beverage, and personalised services, creating exceptional experiences while maximising guest satisfaction and commercial performance. Be the trusted point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage of their group or event journey. Bring each event to life by coordinating room blocks, meeting spaces, menus, décor, event schedules, guest flow, VIP services, and personalised requests.
Ensure all group and event details are accurate, up to date, and seamlessly communicated across the hotel’s operational systems. Create and manage BEOs, GRCs, group summaries, pro forma invoices, and other key documentation to support flawless event delivery. Lead operational meetings and work closely with internal teams to ensure every detail is aligned and every event runs smoothly.
Take part in site inspections, familiarisation visits, and client meetings, showcasing the hotel and identifying new business opportunities. Stay fully informed about the hotel’s facilities, services, capacities, rates, and policies to provide expert advice and tailored solutions. Partner with operational and Finance teams to support accurate billing, effective forecasting, and strong commercial performance.
A background in Tourism, Hospitality, Events, or a related field, with a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Excellent written and spoken English skills. Previous experience in groups, events, sales or a related hospitality role.
