This internship is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, customer service, and event experiences . As part of our Events Team , you will be the main point of contact for guests and event organizers during conferences, meetings, and social events, ensuring every experience runs seamlessly and exceeds expectations.

You will play a key role in delivering Hyatt’s commitment to personalized service by building strong relationships with clients, proactively responding to requests, and maintaining constant communication with operational departments throughout each event to ensure flawless execution and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications What You'll Do:

- Welcome and assist event organizers, delegates, and guests throughout their event experience.
- Act as the primary on-site contact for clients during meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Ensure guest requests and event requirements are handled promptly and professionally.
- Maintain constant communication with Banquets, Kitchen, Housekeeping, AV, Engineering, and other hotel departments throughout the event to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Monitor event activities and provide real-time support to guarantee smooth operations.
- Coordinate guest-facing logistics, event setup requirements, signage, and materials.
- Build positive relationships with clients and proactively anticipate their needs.




- Serve as the liaison between event organizers and hotel operations teams during live events.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery situations with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain event documentation and communicate key updates to operational teams.
- Represent the Grand Hyatt brand with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

Who You Are:

- A current university student (preferably studying Hospitality, Events, Tourism, or Business).
- Available to start in September for a 6-month internship.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Passionate about customer service and creating outstanding guest experiences.
- A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Comfortable working closely with multiple hotel departments in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
- Versátil and willing to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends when required by events.
- Able to sign a university internship agreement.
- Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU internship program.
