Murphy AI is hiring a Founding Product Designer to own the look, feel and workflow of Murphy’s product stack. You will transform a set of internal tools into a unified product people love, leading the design craft in a fast-growing AI company. You will work on AI-powered debt-collection tooling for banks, with a hybrid work setup in Barcelona. You’ll own the design of a desktop-first product, shaping the user experience across back office, front office, and agent-config interfaces.
