Interbrand is looking for Spanish-speaking Freelance Senior Strategist to collaborate as external strategic partners, supporting projects across both the LATAM market and Spain when required.

The Freelance Senior

Strategist will work closely with the Strategy team and project leads (Associate Directors or Head of Strategy),



bringing senior expertise to help define, manage, and deliver strategic projects while ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction. This freelance role will act as a trusted strategic advisor, providing specialist knowledge, consulting expertise, and project support throughout different stages of engagement. The collaboration may also extend to international projects when required.

Senior Strategist

Freelance – Responsibilities Collaborate with Interbrand as an external strategic partner, bringing senior-level expertise and supporting project teams across client engagements. Provide strategic consulting support to clients, helping define objectives, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions throughout the different stages of a project. Contribute to strategic thinking and problem-solving, translating business challenges into clear brand and growth opportunities.

Support project teams in the development of strategic deliverables, including diagnostics, brand positioning, repositioning, brand architecture, and other strategic frameworks. Provide independent expertise and guidance to ensure the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of project outputs. Share knowledge, methodologies, and best practices based on areas of expertise, supporting the continuous improvement of project teams.

Support international projects and cross-market initiatives, including engagements across Spain, LATAM, and other markets when required.
