What Youll Do:
- Onboard new clients and support them in launching their first campaigns
- Act as a trusted consultant and identify customer needs and advertising goals
- Drive upsells, campaign optimization, and customer retention Handle a high volume of calls to support clients with their digital strategy
What Were Looking For:
- Native-level German (C2) and high-level English
- Bachelors degree (Marketing/Communications a plus)
- 1-2 years experience in sales or online marketing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset and customer-oriented attitude
What We Offer:
