As Global Licensing Manager, you drive international expansion of Fever’s live-event IPs by identifying markets, forging partner conversations, and structuring licensing deals. You will own the end-to-end commercial development for assigned regions, acting as the face of Licensing in-market and feeding insights to shape growth strategy. You will work cross-functionally to launch licenses successfully and nurture long-term partnerships.

- Develop and execute the business development strategy for assigned international regions, identifying high-potential markets, partners, and commercial opportunities.
- Source, approach, and build relationships with promoters, producers, agencies, venue operators, and other relevant partners.
- Lead outbound commercial conversations and manage the full deal pipeline from outreach to contract execution.
- Create tailored commercial proposals and licensing structures for different IPs, territories, and partner profiles.
- Assess commercial viability via revenue, cost, and profitability analysis in collaboration with Finance.
- Negotiate commercial terms balancing growth, profitability, brand protection, and partner value.
- Manage a portfolio of prospective and active partners,
expanding successful collaborations.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Production to ensure smooth deal execution and launches.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform licensing strategy and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Maintain pipeline reporting and present progress, forecasts, and decisions to leadership.
Responsabilidades
- 4+ years in business development, partnerships, consulting, investment banking, strategic roles, or similar commercial environments.
- Proven ability to originate opportunities, build senior-level relationships, and lead complex commercial conversations to close.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with ability to structure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Analytical and financially minded, experience building business cases and evaluating Pu0026Ls.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, comfortable owning initiatives in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to articulate ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deals and priorities across regions. xugodme
- Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Genuine interest in live entertainment and integral IPs.
