Highways Engineer with experience in roadway design, to join our busy and expanding experienced Linear Infrastructures team. We are working on stages as early as feasibility studies up to detailed designs on a wide range of projects, either as standalone linear infrastructures team or as part of multidisciplinary teams. Our clients are from the private and public sector and include long term Framework Agreements with numerous Local Authorities together with Design and Build commissions for many major Contractors.
Our office has an established track record of successfully delivering roadway designs for many years, throughout the USA and Australia not to mention Canada or Middle East. Work collaboratively on international projects to support AECOM's Home Offices. Works on small projects or portions of larger projects supported by EC,
with work being reviewed by senior or experienced engineers.
Perform daily work under Designer's supervision. Set standards and procedures for CAD works. Work on complex drawings in 2D and 3D including markups and CAD works.
Intermediate in at least one software package: OpenRoads, Civil 3D, 12d Model. Proven commitment with Quality Control Policy and Quality Management System. Fluent in English (oral and written). Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University. To support this commitment, all newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
