Role: Hospitality Management Intern ( Hotel Operations ).

Role Overview

Join our team as a Hospitality Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting boutique hotel and vacation rental operations. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in hospitality management while contributing to operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day operations of boutique hotels and vacation rentals.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize reservation management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational analyses.
- Help manage hotel and vacation rental operations, including distribution channels, guest communication, reviews, bookings, and online listings.




- Provide support on ad hoc projects and other operational tasks as required.

Experience & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Spanish and other languages are a plus.
