??Do you have a passion for customer service? Do you have a fluent level of English and proficiency in Polish at a native level? It is a 100% on-site position in Barcelona for the first 6 months, after which it transitions to a hybrid model.
Are you passionate about technology and cars? If so, Bosch Service Solutions is the place for you. Here, you will have the opportunity to work for a leading general motor company, assisting customers who drive automobiles, motorbikes, or use power equipment.
You will provide assistance with questions on the product portfolio, import/export procedures, first-level technical support, complaints, and support with the use of the IoT technologies these vehicles are equipped with, including apps. In this role, you will utilize your language skills in French, to provide outstanding customer service and support.
