About the Role

Market Securities is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our growing general IT team. Based in our Madrid office, you will provide day-to-day IT support for local users while working closely with colleagues across our international offices. Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for hardware, software and Microsoft 365.

Configure and support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops and mobile devices.

Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.

Enrol and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.

Troubleshoot printers, meeting room equipment and network connectivity issues.

Log and resolve incidents using the IT Service Desk platform.

Assist with IT projects and office technology deployments. Requirements

2–3 years' experience in IT Support.

Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

Basic experience with Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune.

Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Fluent English and Spanish. Nice to Have

Microsoft certifications
