You'll play a key role in driving asset performance, enhancing occupier experience, and delivering value-add asset management strategies.The Opportunity:As Asset Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing business plans across a portfolio of assets while working closely with occupiers, property managers, agents, surveyors, and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:✔ Managing lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and occupier negotiations✔ Driving asset performance and maximising income generation✔ Supporting refurbishment,



repositioning and value-add initiatives✔ Managing service charge budgets and compliance matters✔ Building strong relationships with agents, solicitors, property managers and surveyors✔ Monitoring tenancy data and asset performance metrics✔ Conducting regular property inspections across the portfolioAbout You:✅ Degree qualified in Real Estate or a related discipline✅ 1-3 years' experience within Asset Management, Property Management or Commercial Real Estate✅ Strong analytical, financial and reporting skills✅ Fluent in both Spanish and English✅ Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills✅ Full driving licence✅ MRICS qualification or Industrial & Logistics exposure would be advantageousApply now or contact us directly for a confidential discussion.
