Senior RF Engineer | Satellite Communications | Wireless SystemsWe're partnering with an innovative engineering company developing advanced wireless communication technologies for next-generation connectivity solutions.As aSenior RF Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, testing, and optimization of radio frequency systems supporting complex wireless communication platforms. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.What You’ll DoDesign, develop, and optimize RF circuits, subsystems, and communication hardware for advanced wireless applications.Support the development and optimization of antennas, RF front‑end architectures, filters, amplifiers, and microwave components.Perform RF modeling, simulation, characterization, and performance analysis across communication systems operating inUHF, L-Band, S-Band, and comparable RF frequency ranges.Execute laboratory testing, verification, validation, andacceptance testingof RF systems and components.Troubleshoot RF communication issues, diagnose performance limitations, and implement technical improvements.Analyze signal propagation, RF interference, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI), and overall communication performance.Support system integration, field validation, installation, and commissioning activities when required.Ensure products comply with applicable industry regulations and certification requirements.Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvements in reliability, efficiency, and product quality.Prepare engineering documentation including design specifications, validation reports, test procedures,
technical analyses, and verification llaborate closely with Hardware, Systems, Embedded Software, Manufacturing, Integration, and Test Engineering teams throughout product development.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Experience5+ yearsof professional experience in RF Engineering, Microwave Engineering, Wireless Communications, or related fields.Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, wireless communication principles, impedance matching, signal propagation, and RF system architecture.Experience working with communication systems operating inUHF, L-Band, S-Band, GNSS/GPS, or comparable wireless communication technologies.Hands‑on experience using RF laboratory equipment, including RF signal generators.Experience performing RF measurements, troubleshooting, system validation, verification, and performance optimization.Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience in one or more of the following areas would be highly beneficial:Satellite CommunicationsAerospace or Space SystemsRF Front‑End DesignMicrowave EngineeringAntenna Design and CharacterizationElectromagnetic Compatibility (EMC/EMI)Embedded SystemsHigh‑Speed PCB DesignCompliance Testing and Product Certification (FCC, CE, or equivalent)Radar SystemsIo T ConnectivityGNSS/GPS TechnologiesAMaster's degreein RF Engineering, Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
