We are also highly tech-oriented, viewing digital innovation, process optimization, and efficiency as core strategic pillars of our growth.The Business Systems Support & Implementation Analyst is responsible for owning first-line support for business systems while actively participating in system implementations and improvement initiatives. This role ensures operational stability across SAP Business One, business process automations (BPA), dashboards, Google Workspace, and a mac OS-based environment. In addition to support ownership, the role contributes to structured project execution, documentation, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line support for SAP Business One users, including troubleshooting transactional, reporting, and KPI/dashboard issuesMonitor and support BPA integrations, reprocess failures, and escalate structural issues as neededManage and resolve support tickets in a timely mannerSupport mac OS hardware/software and Google Workspace applications, including account provisioning and access managementAdminister device lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, security) and manage endpoints via MDM tools (e.G., Jamf, Kandji, Intune)Ensure system updates, endpoint security compliance,
and maintain IT asset inventoryAssist with EDI-related issues and escalating system configuration or architectural concernsSupport ERP upgrades, system implementations, and process improvement initiativesAssist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordinationTrack project tasks, support post-go-live stabilization, and coordinate between business and technical teamsPrepare and deploy Mac Books for new hires and conduct periodic audits of equipment and system accessThe idóneo candidate will haveStrong experience supporting Mac OS environmentsExperience administering an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, or similar)Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred)Experience supporting system integrations or automation platforms (BPA preferred)Basic understanding of project management principlesStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsFamiliarity with Google Workspace administrationFamiliarity with IT Service Management systems such as Halo and JiraEducation and Experience4-6+ years of experience in IT support or business systems supportBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferredProfessional fluency in English (oral and written), Spanish is a plus.Work environmentHybrid work available but candidates must be living in close proximity to NSI’s office in Barcelona for in-office or in-person meetings.Candidates must be flexible with their schedule to support an international team, including the standard 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift from Monday to Friday. This role may require responsiveness to unexpected support issues or emergencies outside of regular hours;
