Your mission is not just to build infrastructure — but todesign, evolve and scale cloud‑native and AI‑driven platformsthat are secure, resilient, and production‑ready.ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead cloud architectures on Azure, covering networking, security, governance, Iaa S, Paa S and serverless solutions.Ensure the technical quality of proposals, RFP responses and solution definitions within the discipline.Own the shared knowledge strategy of the Chapters, ensuring relevant content, documentation and best practices are available.Lead the mentoring framework within the Chapter, enabling senior engineers to guide practitioners at all levels.Help to identify strong technical talent across the company that aligns with the discipline.Identify emerging trends and opportunities, validating new services, accelerators and reusable assets.Own the infrastructure of AI‑powered platforms, including conversational AI systems with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), document ingestion, processing, vector search and integration with LLM providers and AI services.Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines for both application and infrastructure, following Dev Sec Ops best practices.Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) with a strong focus on reusability, scalability and maintainability.Design and operate production‑grade environments, ensuring high availability and performance, monitoring, logging, observability,



cost optimization and llaborate closely with AI, data and software teams to productionise ML/LLM solutions (MLOps mindset). Actively propose improvements and new technical approaches, contributing to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.Work in Agile, autonomous, multidisciplinary teams, with real ownership from design to production.RequirementsStrong experience with Microsoft Azure in real production environments.8+ years of hands‑on experience in Cloud / Platform Engineering roles.Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and design technical proposals tailored to business goals.Experience in technical presales, including demos, solutioning, and proposal writing.Capable of leading projects independently and mentoring other engineers.Proven experience designing and implementing Iaa S, Paa S and cloud‑native architectures.Solid knowledge of networking, security and governance models in cloud environments.Experience with Azure Dev Ops (Repos, Pipelines) or similar and CI/CD practices.Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).Experience monitoring and operating high‑traffic, production web platforms.Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM‑based platforms in production fortable working with Agile methodologies,
