You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing top‑tier technical support, troubleshooting, and training for our cutting‑edge LED display solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Repair: Handle online and on‑site troubleshooting for LED displays. Conduct RMA repairs at our Spanish office and resolve quality issues reported by customers.Project Execution: Perform on‑site surveys, prepare installation quotes, and manage the full installation, debugging, and final delivery of projects.Training & Demos: Provide technical training to partners and clients on installation and troubleshooting. Maintain showroom samples and set up demo screens for client presentations.Service Management:



Prepare service quotations for paid requests and follow up on service execution and payment collection.What We Are Looking ForEducational Background: Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in after‑sales service, repair, and debugging of LED displays.
