This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Spain.Job Responsibilities:Expand and consolidate presence in the Iberia region;
Lead the team to achieverevenue goals;
Monitor and analyze teamKPIs;
Acquire key partners such as tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers, mainly through API channels;
Support the team in managing key accounts;
Organize search and recruitment of new business partners, strengthen current relationships, and conduct negotiations;
Develop team members through hiring and training;
Participate in developing and implementing marketing strategies;
Conduct market research,reporting, analysis,



and forecasting using Tableau and internal tools.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of successful leadership in sales and account management within the travel industry, with regional market knowledge;
Deep understanding of the Spanish travel market, especially API integrations, tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers;
Technical proficiency inAPI technology deals;
Proven leadership skillsto manage, motivate, and develop a team;
Fluent in Spanish and English;
Portuguese is a plus;
Based in Spain;
Up to 30% travel may be required;
Strong analytical skillswith experience using KPIs and data-driven decision-making;
Proactive, ambitious, action-oriented, and a team player;
