This is an on-site position.Responsibilities:Analyze learning needs to be able to effectively determine learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps in the target marketAuthor high-level design proposals, content outlines and job aids, to ensure fit for purpose learning needs to determine effective learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps in the targetDevelop storyboards with detailed instructions for the development team using various authoring tools (mainly Articulate Storyline, Rise and ADAPT)Promote collaboration, partnership and relationships among the participants and stakeholders (including clients) in a learning design projectOversee project consistency during learning solution analysis, design, and developmentApply advanced adult learning theories into practical,



application-based learning strategyCommunicate effectively in visual, oral, and written form to deliver engaging presentations to business leadersDesign learning that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners, including the demonstrated understanding of cultural differences that may applySupport team of freelance instructional designers (both English and French speakers)Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:Knowledge of adult learning principles and notions of visual design principlesExperience working in an agile (SAM) and waterfall (ADDIE) design environmentExperience designing, developing, and delivering emerging learning solutions including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements strongly preferredProficiency with industry standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 and ADAPT) desiredOrganization (ability to deliver projects on time, ability to estimate efforts for upcoming projects, appreciated experience with productivity tools)Capable and comfortable working independently and with a teamExcellent (C1 CEFR level) communication skills in both English and FrenchInquisitive personality driven by curiosity and the desire to learn and share knowledgePortfolio of workQualifications:BS or MA degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or equivalent work experience.This is a position for an experienced Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer who can develop learning products in both English and French and communicate effectively with clients from some of the top corporate brand names in France.Trans Perfect is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
