This role will involve detailed engineering design, project coordination, and technical support throughout the lifecycle of solar, wind, and energy storage projects.The Electrical Engineer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects that contribute to sustainable energy solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and review electrical systems for utility-scale solar PV, onshore wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)Coordinate and communicate with designers, EPC contractors, and procurement teams to finalize technical specifications and project documentationSupport tender and bidding processes by preparing and evaluating technical documentationSupervise construction phases to ensure compliance with permits, technical standards,



and safety regulationsMonitor project schedules and costs to optimize efficiency and timelinessAct as a point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders, including during grid connection and commissioning phasesReport project progress, potential risks, and propose solutions to managementRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field5+ years of practical experience in electrical engineering roles within renewable energy projects, particularly solar PV and wind farm constructionProficient with Auto CAD, MS Project, MS Office, and relevant software such as PVsyst, Wind Pro, or similar toolsStrong understanding of project design drawings and engineering standardsKnowledge of local electrical codes, grid connection standards, and permitting processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and coordinate cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel to project sites as requiredFluent English language skills;
knowledge of local languages advantageous
