City:Sant Just DesvernState:Barcelona (ES-B)Country:Spain (ES)Requisition Number:43291Role Purpose StatementThis role is a member of Bunge Integral Sanctions Compliance (“GSC”) Team and will provide legal and compliance support regarding economic sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML), anti-boycott and other compliance regulations relevant to the operations and regulation of Bunge’s businesses around the world. While the role’s primary duties will be focused on compliance, there may be occasions where he/she is requested to provide additional support to the Legal Team provided that this does not encroach upon compliance duties.Main AccountabilitiesConduct counterparty due diligence reviews, including but not limited to fact-gathering, ultimate beneficial ownership research, compliance screenings, sanctions hits and/or other red flags identification and review and other due diligence activitiesConduct vessels due diligence activitiesAssist with the development and maintenance of counterparty screenings and maintain appropriate case files and recordsAssist with Third Party Management Program reviews, including but not limited to reviewing due diligence questionnaires, compliance screening results, subsequently onboarding third parties, maintaining accurate and complete case filesKeep current on changes to economic sanctions, anti-corruption, AML, anti-boycott and other compliance related laws and regulations, and notify management of any important changesAssist with updates to Bunge compliance guidance policies,
