Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Regional Manager for Client Success Partnerships on full-time hours and working from home remotely.





As an Intercultural Program Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing training programs for learners and ensuring high-quality program setup and delivery, while serving as the single point of contact for coordination. Working closely with our Learner Success Management, Trainer Management, and Sales teams, you will:

- Manage training programs end-to-end, from authorization through delivery, ensuring programs meet service level agreements, client provisions, and high customer service standards.
- Support client growth and profitability by maximizing existing client revenue, converting authorizations and initiations, and identifying potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Deliver exceptional learner and assignee support by welcoming learners, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and escalating non-standard programs or complain
