Position: EUC L1 Support Engineer

Contract Duration: Minimum 1 Year (Extendable)

Salary: 27 Euros Per month With Inclusive No other benefits provided

– EUC L1 / Desktop Support Engineer

Provide first-level onsite IT support to end users.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Support Windows 10/11 operating systems and resolve user issues.

Perform hardware troubleshooting and replacement of IT equipment.

Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.

Perform user account support including password resets and access issues.

Support Active Directory user administration and basic Azure AD tasks.

Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, and basic network issues.

Perform device imaging, software installation, and application troubleshooting.

Support endpoint devices using SCCM/MECM or Microsoft Intune.

Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.





Assist with laptop/Desktop deployment, onboarding, and hardware refresh activities.

Maintain IT asset inventory and update documentation.

Provide remote assistance and coordinate with general IT teams for escalations.

Follow IT security policies, procedures, and SLA requirements.

Provide professional customer service and clear communication with end users.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.

Experience with Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, and IT ticketing tools.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).

Pay: 2,700.00€ - 2,900.00€ per month
