We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Senior Manager – Alumina Plant to join our leadership team in San Ciprián, Spain. Develop and execute maintenance and reliability strategies aligned with site and business objectives. Lead, coach, and develop a large maintenance organization, fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Own and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control. Establish strategic goals and operational plans, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions when necessary. Improve equipment reliability, asset performance, and operational effectiveness through best-in-class maintenance practices.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading maintenance operations and managing large teams within heavy industrial or manufacturing environments. Strong experience in maintenance management, reliability engineering, asset performance, and continuous improvement methodologies.





Experience managing budgets and delivering operational results. Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision‑making skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
