New role. A Product function to build from the ground up, reporting directly to the regional CEO.
We're creating a VP Product position for a business inside a leading pan-European SaaS group serving the wider SMB market. The regional business is entering an important growth phase, and Product is getting a genuine seat at the table for the first time.
What you'll own:
The 3-year product vision and roadmap, working closely with the regional CEO and CTO
Structuring the Product function from scratch: roles, rituals, standards, and a real discovery-to-delivery process
Pricing, packaging and go-to-market as a Product responsibility, not a commercial afterthought
Embedding AI properly into how the Product team works, and shaping which AI capabilities become customer-facing features
Product Contribution Margin as your core KPI, anchoring every decision in customer-paid value rather than features shipped




What we're looking for:
A product leader who has built or structurally transformed a Product function inside a B2B SaaS business, or a tier-1 strategy-consulting background with deep product, tech or digital-transformation exposure
Genuine, hands-on use of AI in your own practice, not just familiarity with the concept
Comfort operating across an international, multi-entity group
A direct, low-ego communicator who can bring Engineering, Sales and Operations on board without relying on hierarchy
C2 Spanish and B2 English
Based in the Barcelona area, with real autonomy over team composition, pricing and go-to-market, and exposure to Product leaders across the wider group.
