Your main objective will be to ensure optimal product availability across all sales channels (B2 B and B2 C), maximising operational efficiency, and guaranteeing adherence to the purchasing budget. We can’t wait to meet you!LocationOur Demand Planner & Buying Controller will be based in Barcelona.ResponsibilitiesSales AnalysisContinuously evaluate historical and current sales data.Identify trends, seasonality, and behavioural patterns by channel and category.Global & Channel Demand Forecasting (B2 B/B2 C)Generate and periodically update product ordinate with the E-commerce, Wholesale,



and Marketing teams to align predictions.Purchasing & Production PlanningPlan and monitor purchases of external brands.Plan the production of our private labels (Ondo and Meisani) in collaboration with external factories and internal teams.Replenishment & Stock ControlOptimise replenishment processes to ensure adequate product ntrol inventory levels and stock rotation.Budget ExecutionMonitor the purchasing budget ntrol deviations and propose corrective measures to maintain financial alignment.Reporting & AnalysisGenerate reports and dashboards for key KPIs (forecast accuracy, coverage, rotation).Provide support for strategic decision‑making through updated analytical information.Minimum RequirementsDegree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.Fluent in English and Spanish, Catalan is a plus.Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in demand planning, purchasing, or controlling within retail, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or mass‑consumer goods environments.Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
