In this role you will manage and govern the Job Architecture taxonomy within Workday to support a skills-based organization. You will collaborate across Rewards, Talent, and Planning teams to ensure taxonomy alignment with workforce planning, career development, and compensation equity. You’ll analyze market data and internal workforce information to keep the taxonomy competitive and relevant, driving clear career paths and governance practices.
This is a strategic role at Sanofi that shapes how work is classified, rewarded, and progressed across a global, matrixed environment.

- Manage structured job taxonomy elements (families, levels, codes, profiles) ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational needs
- Assess taxonomy effectiveness using metrics and benchmark data; recommend continuous improvement
- Align job profiles with the skills taxonomy and proficiency levels; collaborate with Rewards, Performance, Talent to integrate taxonomy into hiring and compensation processes
- Operationalize data governance standards for taxonomy completeness,
accuracy and integrity; maintain governance processes for stakeholders to request updates
- Partner with HR and business groups to validate data structures against evolving needs; document governance frameworks and change management protocols
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption of the taxonomy; provide training and communication and translate data into actionable insights
Responsabilidades
- Master's degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in job architecture, organizational design, workforce analytics, MDM, or HR systems in a general, matrixed organization
- Expertise in Job Architecture frameworks (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry xugodme or equivalent)
- Proven track record in data governance initiatives and enterprise-wide adoption of architecture/classification systems
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS/Workday capabilities (Job architecture, HCM, Talent Optimization)
- Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, SQL) and data governance / data quality management experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
