Candidate will join to the Digital Grid (DG) Business Unit (BU). The candidate would join the Digital Grid (DG) business unit, as part of Global Project Management Office (PMO). Reporting to the PM/PMO Manager, would be responsible for the delivery of complex IT projects to new and existing customers worldwide.

These projects are related to the Schneider Electric Digital Grid´s suites of software, such as Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), ArcFM Solution Suite for GIS systems, ... The essential responsibility of this role is to ensure that our Digital Grid Customer Projects are designed, developed, configured, deployed, tested, and commissioned in an efficient and consistent manner minimizing cost and risk, ensuring that project is delivered on time, within the approved budget, and to the required quality standards – within agreed specifications. The successful candidate should have the right balance of skills across Project Management, client engagement (including third parties/subcontractors), and commercial awareness.

Lead and execute large-scale customer projects in full or manage projects’ key aspects as part of a wider project/program team(s), while working effectively across multiple business units. ~ Manage the Project Team throughout the lifecycle of the project (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, lessons learned) including task planning, monitoring progress, and controlling deliverables until completion, following the Schneider Electric Customer Project processes and methodology. ~ Ensure effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders and within the Project Team(s) and management. ~ Act as the primary point of contact for the customer and maintain Project Team interaction: correspondences, emails, calls and meetings, to ensure consistent execution and customer satisfaction. ~ Take full accountability over project profitability (cost, cash flow & margin) including forecasting, engagements follow-ups and re-forecasting, ensuring timely revenue recognition as per forecast.



~ Monitor and control project progress versus budget spending and strive for gross margin improvement. ~ Manage project contract ensuring fulfillment of Schneider Electric contractual obligations and application of its contractual rights. ~ A systematic review of deviations against specifications, or additional customer requests, following the formal Project Change Control process. ~ Ensure full and effective reporting to management and timely surfacing of project events impacting project performance or compliance with governance or safety principles. ~ Responsible for the proper implementation of Schneider Electric safety standards all along with project execution, and for all parties (Schneider and subcontractors). ~ Conduct lessons learned sessions with internal teams including, Tendering, Sales, Operations and within the Project Team.

Minimum

Bachelor of Engineer (Electrical, Eletronic, Automation, System, Computers,etc...) ~ Advanced English speaking and writing skills. ~ 2+ years experience in project management roles and a track record in Software Project management practices. ~ Experience of software solution delivery within an electrical utility segment is a plus. ~ Ability to lead a multi cultural and multi countries team. ~ Basic Knowledge in Contract management is required. ~ Hold a working knowledge of electrical distribution and power quality concepts is a plus. ~ Experience and knowledge of modern control systems in Electrical automation applications (ADMS, GIS, SCADA, RTUs, PLCs) is beneficial although not essential ~ Knowledge on IT infrastructures and Cybersecurity is beneficial although not essential. ~ Possessing Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) Certification would be an advantage.
