For this exciting opportunity, we are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and inspiring leader to join us as a Medical Administration Manager (all genders) . Provide operational and organizational leadership for the medical administrative departments, including Medical Pre-Planning, Guest Assistants, Medical Offices, and Medical Assistants.

Ensure efficient workflows and outstanding service quality across all relevant touchpoints. Support budget planning and analyze monthly and annual financial results in close cooperation with Finance and Controlling. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Contribute to the continued development and optimization of medical software solutions.



Coordinate data protection matters in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer. Support management with strategic and operational decision‑making.

Develop and implement group‑wide standards, structures, and processes within medical administration. A degree in healthcare management, health sciences, or a related field, or several years of professional experience within a hospital or healthcare environment. Extensive experience in administrative, organizational, or coordinating roles within healthcare.

Excellent

English skills and fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, are essential. Confident use of digital systems and ideally experience with planning and occupancy management software. A strong commitment to quality and a professional, confident presence.
