What We’re Looking For We are looking for a Mechanical Integration & Test Engineer with experience in the integration, verification, and testing of electronic equipment and subsystems, ideally within the aerospace or space sector. The ideal candidate will contribute to Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements throughout the full integration lifecycle. ? Key Responsibilities • Support the mechanical and electrical integration of electronic equipment and subsystems.

- Execute and support functional and environmental testing activities, including vibration, thermal vacuum, and EMC testing.
- Ensure compliance with mechanical interfaces, structural assembly requirements, and thermal constraints during integration and test operations.
- Work with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), test procedures, and technical manuals,



ensuring full traceability throughout AIT activities.
- Operate within controlled environments (ISO 8 and ISO 5 cleanrooms), following contamination control, hardware safety, and quality procedures.
- Specify, design, and implement Electrical and Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE/MGSE) for satellite integration and verification activities.
- Develop and support custom hardware interfaces, software control tools, power and communication simulators, and test benches.
- Contribute to anomaly investigation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution during integration and testing campaigns.
- Support the application and tailoring of ECSS standards according to project needs.
- Prepare technical documentation and user-facing documentation when required. ? Requirements • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience or training in mechanical and electrical integration of electronic equipment and subsystems.
- Knowledge of functional and environmental test campaigns, including vibration, thermal vacuum, and EMC testing.
- Solid understanding of mechanical interfaces, structural assembly, and thermal constraints.
- Ability to work with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, test procedures, ICDs, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO 8 and ISO 5 controlled environments and contamination control procedures.
- Experience in the specification, design, or implementation of Electrical and Mechanical Ground Support Equipment.




- Knowledge of satellite integration and verification activities is highly valued.
- Problem-solving and anomaly resolution skills.
- Technical writing and documentation skills are desirable.
- Familiarity with ECSS standards and tailoring processes is desirable.
- Professional fluency in English.
