THE ROLE

ALOHAS is looking for an Off‑Price Specialist to manage and grow the Outlet channel (OTL): selling excess and end‑of‑life (EOL) stock through off‑price and private‑sale partners (BestSecret, The Bradery, Choose, YOOX, Gilt, Lounge by Zalando, among others). It's both a commercial and operational role: negotiating terms with each partner, deciding which product and mix to send to each campaign, and coordinating with Sales,



Finance, Operations and IT so that every deal runs smoothly and profitably.

YOUR CHALLENGE

- Partner management & commercial negotiation
- Manage and grow the portfolio of off‑price / private‑sale partners, and identify and prospect new channel opportunities.
- Negotiate the commercial terms of each campaign or deal: discounts, commissions, incoterms, payment terms (e.g. NET90, prepayment), shipping windows and returns policy, aiming to maximise margin without compromising brand image.
- Prepare deal proposals for sign‑off by the Sales team, including an economic summary (units, sales, cost, margin) and agreed terms.

- Product selection & campaign execution

- Select the right product mix for each partner and campaign (season, category, size curve), prioritising EOL and excess stock, in coordination with the Merchandising/Planning teams.
