Задачи

- Assume complete responsibility for the mobile application's architectural integrity, scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Develop and enhance shared components, libraries, and essential tools to streamline mobile development
- Champion and embed leading practices to promote high quality and productivity
- Partner with the AI team to integrate advanced agentic and AI models into the mobile platform
- Mentor and guide emerging engineers, sharing technical knowledge and supporting professional growth
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver unified user experiences
- Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure a fluid and responsive application
- Establish and promote unit, integration, and UI testing protocols.

Требования

- Several years of experience delivering production-grade software at scale




- Direct architectural responsibility for mobile applications
- Extensive multi-year experience developing and maintaining mobile applications with Dart and Flutter
- Hands-on experience with mobile DevOps, including CI/CD setup, app store deployment, and release cycle orchestration
- Genuine enthusiasm and curiosity for using artificial intelligence as part of an engineering platform
- Drive to improve internal development processes and proactively address efficiency impediments
- Strong analytical thinking, cross-functional communication, and collaboration skills.
