In this role you will support Madrid Operations on regulatory and local product processes, driving efficiency, controls and standardization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will help ensure accurate operations, strong governance and risk management within regulatory requirements.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Execute day-to-day operational activities related to local products and regulatory processes across the branch
- Perform controls, reconciliations, four-eyes reviews and evidence management per policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update operational procedures to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and strengthen controls through process improvements and automation




- Support automation initiatives using Excel, Power Query, Copilot or similar tools
- Collaborate with Operations teams across EMEA to harmonize practices and share best approaches
- Assist with root cause analysis, issue resolution and implementation of corrective actions
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in Product, Compliance, Technology and Operations

Responsabilidades

- Experience in Operations, Banking Operations, Payments, Regulatory Reporting, or Back-Office environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify xugodme process improvements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
- Ability to work with large data volumes with high accuracy
- Strong risk and control awareness and governance understanding
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative mindset for cross-location and cross-functional work
- Genuine interest in process improvement, automation and operational excellence
