Your mission is to build the operational foundation that allows WICK MONSTERS to grow without compromising speed, quality or creativity. Implement operating procedures, monitoring systems and professional tools that improve efficiency across the business. Production & Sourcing Work directly with manufacturing partners in China.
Coordinate product development, sampling and production timelines. Oversee inventory, shipments, incidents and replenishment. Coordinate product launches, campaigns, PR activities and brand activations.
Design solutions that allow the business to grow efficiently without compromising quality. Build and develop the team that will support the next stage of WICK MONSTERS.
Experience in fashion, streetwear, e-commerce or fast-growing brands .
Experience working in brands during periods of rapid growth. Strong knowledge of AI tools and productivity software. Excellent written and spoken English. Native or bilingual proficiency is highly valued.
Production Product Management
Experience within fashion or streetwear brands is highly valued.
Experience in companies such as Scuffers, Nude Project, EME Studios or Cold Culture is especially relevant. You’ll also be comfortable managing launches, collaborations and working directly with factories and suppliers in China. A project with real growth potential.
