Description
This is a unique opportunity to become the first dedicated Partner Manager supporting Business Development partnerships across EMEA. The role sits at the intersection of Supply and Merchant Technology and will focus on some of Uber's most strategic, complex, and high-impact partnerships in the region.
You will
- Take ownership from day one of a portfolio that includes partnerships such as Santander and leading Merchant Technology providers including Deliverect, working directly with senior partner stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Uber.
- Focus on some of Uber's most strategic, complex, and high-impact partnerships in the region, sitting at the intersection of Supply and Merchant Technology and driving execution across multiple teams, geographies, and workstreams.
- Shape operating models, governance structures, partner engagement strategies, and long-term growth plans as part of building the Partner Management function in EMEA, with substantial visibility to regional and general leadership and direct influence on how Uber manages strategic partnerships across the region.
- Manage a rapidly growing partnership portfolio where problems are often ambiguous and opportunities are significant, taking ownership and driving impact on Uber's most important partnerships in EMEA.
About you
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- You bring strong commercial judgment, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to drive execution across multiple teams, geographies, and workstreams.
- You are highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, creating clarity in ambiguous situations, and building alignment across Business Development, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams.
- You have strong project management skills, executive communication capabilities, and partner-facing experience; you are proactive, resourceful, and excited to build, thriving in fast-moving environments and motivated by the opportunity to have an outsized impact on strategic partnerships in EMEA.
- Spanish fluency is strongly preferred; if you are not fluent, you bring exceptional experience managing large-scale strategic partnerships and complex cross-functional programs.
