Your Tasks
Ensure product quality on the shop floor throughout all manufacturing phases.
Make sure operations comply with technical and quality requirements in real time.
Lead and coordinate quality activities directly on the shop floor.
Coordinate the team of: Quality inspectors and Plant quality engineers
Set priorities based on: production rate and criticality of issues
Ensure quality coverage across all production areas. With this you convince us
Engineering degree (preferably industrial/aeronautical or similar).
Solid experience (>10 years) in: plant quality/production in industrial or aeronautical environments.
Experience coordinating operational teams.
Strong knowledge in: in-process quality control (in-process inspection), interpretation of drawings and technical requirements, management of non-conformities in production, on-line containment methods, structural assembly processes, and practical knowledge of rework, product acceptance/rejection, inspection criteria.
Experience with EASA Part 21G / ISO 9100 regulations is essential.
Ability to make quick decisions in a production environment, strong problem-solving skills in real time, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
A high level of English and Spanish is required. German will be considered an asset. What we offer A committed, international team and unique projects
