ExclusivelySpa is assembling an advisory team for a confidential premium senior-living and wellness development in Europe. We invite expressions of interest from independent consultants or specialist firms for tender collaboration and, subject to award, participation during the Execution Design phase, anticipated from September 2026 to January 2027.

The work will be mainly remote, with online design coordination and occasional travel. We seek a specialist with strong commercial experience in indoor pools, hydrotherapy pools, thermal suites and wet areas.

Expected input

- Pool use, depth, temperature, assisted access and safety
- Hydraulics, filtration, disinfection, water quality and plant
- MEP coordination, ventilation, dehumidification and condensation control
- Drainage,



waterproofing interfaces and maintainability
- Technical design input, commissioning and maintenance strategy
- Lifecycle costs and possible future outsourced technical operation

Candidates should demonstrate comparable luxury hospitality, residential or wellness projects; knowledge of European/Spanish requirements; and the ability to coordinate with architects, MEP consultants and operators.
