A growing automotive and mobility group with a strong presence across Spain. The company operates an extensive network focused on vehicle sales, after-sales services, and mobility solutions, representing several leading automotive brands. To support its continued growth and strengthen its dealer network, the company is looking for a professional who will be responsible for managing and developing part of the dealer network in Spain, collaborating with partners to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support and develop the dealer network in Spain, with a focus on network profitability.
- Drive commercial performance and business growth.
- Implement commercial and brand standards across the entire network.
- Act as the main liaison between dealers and the European headquarters.
- Monitor market opportunities and competitor activity.




- Contribute to the company’s long-term success in Spain.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of one year experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience working with dealer networks, sales, business development, or regional operations.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of another European language (French, Italian, German, Portuguese, or similar) will be highly valued.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Between €27,000 and €32,000 gross annual salary + performance-based bonus.
