Descripción del empleo Para cubrir una baja temporal

Cómo Será Tu Día:

- Realizarás el check in/check out de los clientes, gestionarás las reservas, ofrecerás atención al cliente e información turística. Los imprescindibles de cualquier recepción!
- Realizarás todos los turnos, incluida la auditoría nocturna y el control de la facturación diaria, por lo que debes ser organizado y responsable.
- Ofrecerás un servicio excepcional en cada encuentro con el cliente y afrontarás las situaciones relativas al trato con este, ofreciéndole soluciones que satisfagan sus necesidades.
- Comunicarás el storytelling del hotel con orgullo, buscando oportunidades de venta y ofreciendo una experiencia personalizada al cliente.
- Tendrás turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo con descanso de 2 días semanales consecutivos.
- Darás apoyo al servicio de desayuno y de bar cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos Cómo Nos Gustaría Que Seas:

- Buscamos perfiles con experiencia mínima de un año en puestos similares.
- Una personalidad enfocada en el servicio es esencial.
- Si sabes manejar el sistema Opera Cloud, tendrás muchos puntos a tu favor.
- Hablar un ingles fluido es básico, porque nuestro cliente es internacional. El francés es muy valorable.
- Necesitamos que seas responsable, capaz de resolver problemas, educado y con buenas dotes de comunicación.
