You translate what works in DACH into the polish context, feed learnings back to the leadership team, and shape how the whole polish sales motion scales.
Full responsibility for fonio's sales performance in Poland. Hire, ramp and coach the polish AE & SDR team as we scale. Shape the Polish sales motion in a fast-scaling startup. Several years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of closing along a clear funnel Polish at native level and confident, fluent English; German is a strong plus
