Your Role on Our Team

We are looking for Architects with a strong technical background, a keen eye for design, and a genuine drive to keep learning and contributing to our workflows.

In your day-to-day, you will craft and redefine F&B; concepts through end-to-end project management. You will handle everything from initial concept development (strategy and lead design) to technical execution: drawings, material selection, supplier coordination, process optimization, and construction oversight.

You will also engage directly with international clients—preparing proposals, managing key relationships, resolving project challenges, and working closely with gastronomy and operations experts to deliver 360° solutions.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience & Profile: Between 4 and 5 years of overall professional experience in the architecture sector. We place a strong emphasis on proven client management and team leadership skills. Hands-on experience and solid knowledge of construction sites are essential.




- Industry Focus: Prior experience in the Retail and F&B; sectors is highly valued.
- Languages & Tools: C1 English proficiency is strictly essential and a non-negotiable requirement for daily interaction with global clients.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Figma, and SketchUp, balancing technical expertise (a practical assessment will be part of the process) with creative vision.
- Travel & Flexibility: Availability for occasional international travel (short, occasional trips for key client meetings, workshops, or site visits) and schedule flexibility to align with our general clients, primarily in the US.
- Bonus Points: Experience in the US market and familiarity with marketing tools and terminology will be considered a plus.
