As a Senior Backend Spark Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize large-scale data processing solutions to support transformative projects. You’ll shape the data platform alongside cross-functional teams and mentor more junior developers. The role focuses on scalable, reliable, and high-performance data pipelines within a collaborative Agile environment. You’ll help drive architectural decisions and explore AI-assisted development to push the platform forward.

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable Big Data solutions using Apache Spark
- Lead technical decisions and contribute to data processing architecture
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Big Data pipelines
- Support data integration across multiple systems and workstreams

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance issues

Responsabilidades
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Spark
- Strong experience in Scala (preferred) or Python
- Solid SQL skills and data modeling
- Experience with Spark-based environments (Azure Databricks, Apache Hive)
- Experience in Agile environments and CI/CD/DevOps xugodme practices
- Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, SonarQube, Nexus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, independent, ownership-driven mindset
- Experience mentoring team members
- English level B2+ or above
