What the job involves

- The EEA Growth Hacking team is turning the community into a core acquisition and retention engine

- We are looking for a senior operator to design and run a repeatable system that ships multiple community events across Europe every month, plus large scale brand events and KOL retreats shaped by what our communities and partners actually need

- You will own the model end to end: the playbook,



a small on the ground team, the quality bar, and the metrics that prove events drive growth

- Build and run a repeatable system that delivers multiple community events per month across European markets at a consistent quality bar

- Own large scale brand events and KOL retreats from concept to execution, driven by real community and partner needs

- Turn one off wins into documented playbooks so quality holds as volume scales, and own budgets, vendors, and logistics with precision

- Align growth, marketing, and partnership stakeholders, hold the line on priorities and tradeoffs, and solve problems live on site

- Define and track the metrics that prove events drive growth: attendance, activation, retention, partner and KOL engagement, and cost per outcome

- Scale the Events and Social Media playbook to multiple European countries, from the get go
