We are seeking a Senior Cost and Commercial Manager with a minimum of 8 years’
experience in construction cost management, commercial management and estimating, ideally with direct experience in data centre projects to be based in Madrid, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cost planning, estimating, procurement support, contract administration, change control, valuation of works, commercial reporting and risk management across complex construction projects. Membership of RICS or an equivalent professional body would be highly valued.
