Job Responsibilities 1.End‑to‑end project leadership: Take charge of technical liaison for power equipment in new production‑line projects. Complete power‑equipment model selection, technical agreement drafting, scheme design, equipment manufacturing supervision, and on‑site construction management. Ensure on‑time, quality‑compliant delivery of power equipment, as well as subsequent operation‑maintenance management and emergency response.

2.Project planning: Estimate power‑equipment configuration and prepare cost budgets for new‑build projects.

3.Scheme design: Develop preliminary schemes and perform equipment selection for power systems based on project requirements; draft technical agreements. Liaise with internal design teams and external design institutes for drawing development; organize technical reviews of drawings and proposals; support equipment tendering processes.

4.Project execution: Supervise equipment manufacturing to ensure compliance with drawing specifications and provide technical support. Manage on‑site installation,



commissioning and equipment positioning activities.

5.Operation‑maintenance & emergency handling: Oversee operation and maintenance of core facilities including air compressors, chillers, pure‑water systems and waste‑gas treatment units. Rapidly resolve unexpected failures such as power outage, pressure fluctuation and abnormal temperature‑humidity, to secure uninterrupted production.

6.Energy saving & consumption reduction: Conduct energy‑consumption data analysis; implement energy‑saving retrofits such as frequency‑conversion control and waste‑heat recovery to continuously cut operational costs of utility systems.

7.Technical specification & cross‑functional collaboration: Compile operating procedures and emergency response plans for power systems. Collaborate with production, EHS and other departments to guarantee compliant, safe and stable utility supply.
