In this Senior Principal role, you will lead organizational strategy engagements that translate strategy into actionable operating models, structures, and governance. You’ll work with leadership to design and implement change across multi-country clients, shaping how organizations align people, processes, and culture to deliver value. You’ll act as a Subject Matter Expert, driving complex transformations and mentoring teams.

- Lead or contribute to solution architecture initiatives for transformations

Responsabilidades

- 7-10+ years of relevant consultancy or senior HR/OD experience in complex, multinational settings
- Proven track record in large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation
- Experience in change management and leading project teams
- Past sales xugodme experience and success in winning new business and growing accounts
- Strong business acumen advising senior executives across various industries
- Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy development/implementation, or organizational design
- Experience applying analytics to large-scale interventions
- Financial literacy and cross-country experience in multinational projects
- Industry exposure in Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, or Public Services
- Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with organizational analytics tools desirable
