As a Senior Product Engineer / AI Solution Architect, you will shape AI-powered integration and migration products for Santander’s large-scale banking environment. You’ll work within a small product-oriented team to turn roadmap ideas into usable technical components and reusable patterns. You’ll apply AI, LLMs and workflow automation to enterprise contexts, ensuring secure, observable and scalable solutions.

- Evolve AI-powered integration and migration products, translating roadmaps and country needs into technical options, designs and increments.
- Design reusable components, APIs, connectors, workflows and automation assets for scale across integration, modernization and decommissioning use cases.
- Apply LLMs, agentic AI, RAG/GraphRAG and workflow automation to practical enterprise scenarios, maturing prototypes into robust capabilities.
- Define guardrails, engineering practices and quality criteria aligned with Santander standards, governance, cybersecurity and cloud guidelines.
- Evaluate vendor and open-source solutions,



contribute to buy-vs-build decisions and integrate selected capabilities into Santander environments.
- Contribute to reference architectures, documentation, playbooks and reusable patterns, supporting PoCs and early adoption feedback.
- Collaborate with Product Adoption u0026 Value, Architecture, Cloud, vendors and country teams to translate needs into backlog inputs and technical recommendations.

Responsabilidades

- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, cloud engineering, AI engineering or technical product development.
- Hands-on experience building or evolving digital products, platforms, automation tools or integration capabilities.
- Practical experience with AI-enabled systems, LLM use cases, code analysis, workflow automation, RAG or AI-assisted software engineering.
- Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, cloud services, DevOps and secure software delivery.
- Experience collaborating with product owners, vendors, architects and delivery teams in complex environments. xugodme
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics or related field.
