In this role you will partner with hiring managers to raise the bar on talent. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across multiple regions, shaping sourcing strategies, and ensuring a high-quality candidate and manager experience. You’ll bring market insight to attract top talent for WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, and Africa, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive scalable hiring practices. This is a chance to help build the Talent House worldwide and impact Glovo’s growth and culture.

- Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment u0026 management, offer recommendation, negotiation u0026 acceptance
- Develop a deep understanding of one of our talent markets (WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, and Africa) to source the best candidates
- Tailor sourcing strategies for each region, leveraging local networks, job boards, and other resources
- Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and legal requirements for the respective regions
- Coach hiring managers on recruiting topics such as time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement and conversion, adapting to the region(s) you will manage
- Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent
- Utilize ATS reports,



dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
- Be passionate about tech and on-demand and why people should work here
- Support employer branding activities through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.

Responsabilidades

- 2+ years of experience recruiting in fast-paced environments (scale-up or tech a plus)
- History of collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders, advising and influencing decisions
- Experience working on a variety of roles/levels at an international level
- Experience xugodme with market research and talent insights, plus strong and varied sourcing abilities
- Solid understanding of Glovo's vision, business model and operations
- Stellar networking skills and ability to form smart recruiting partnerships
- Metrics orientation with data-backed recruiting strategy and candidate experience
- Knowledge of regional talent markets, especially WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, and Africa
